Signing up is easy! Simply create an account at https://guess.com.au/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount and follow the steps. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in The GUESS List so you can sign in, and start earning points!

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program, The GUESS List. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

Yes you can, simply visit the https://guess-dev.myshopify.com/pages/rewards to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward. Present your discount code to the staff member in store to apply to your purchase.

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your reward will be forfeited For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be removed from your account.

Points expire 1 year after date earned. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, you will have 1 month to use that reward before it expires.

Tier upgrades unlock 30 days after you reach the spend threshold. This waiting period allows time for returns to be processed. Once complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your new tier and benefits.

Once you are in the Member, Gold or Platinum Tier you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at customercare@guess.com.au to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

You will receive your 400 points once your friend makes a valid purchase. Please note if your friend returns their purchase your points will be forfeited.

You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to earn rewards. By joining our rewards program you are giving consent to be sent GUESS Australia marketing material.
